Privacy Policy

If you fill out the estimate form on our site, you give us your name and phone number, and you can also add your email, the project address, the services you're after, and any details about the job. Name and phone are the only required fields. The rest is up to you.

If you call or email us instead, we get whatever you choose to share in that call or message. We don't make you create an account, and we don't ask for any of it to browse the site.

When you send the estimate form, it's delivered to our inbox by a form service called Web3Forms. They pass your message along to us by email. We don't run a database that stores your submission on the website itself. Once it reaches us, your request lives in our email like any other message from a customer.

We use your information for one thing: to respond to you and put together your quote. That might mean calling you back, emailing you, or coming out to look at the job.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone. Ever. It stays with the owners and crew who need it to do your work.

We keep the site simple. A few outside tools help it run, and here is exactly what they are:

• Web3Forms: delivers the estimate form to our email.
• Vercel: hosts the website and serves it over a secure connection.
• Google Maps: shows the map of our shop on the contact section.
• Proovd: displays the customer reviews on our reviews section.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook pixels, advertising trackers, or any tracking cookies of our own. The map and the reviews widget are run by those companies and may set their own cookies when they load; that part is controlled by them, not us.

We hold onto your request for as long as we need it to serve you and keep a record of the work, the same way we've always kept customer records. If you'd like us to delete your information, just ask and we will.

You can ask us what information we have about you, fix anything that's wrong, or have it deleted. Email us at ThyngPaving1@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.

Our whole site runs over HTTPS, so anything you send through it is encrypted on its way to us. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable care to keep what you share safe.

Our site is meant for people looking to hire a paving contractor. It's not aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll remove it.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. Any change takes effect as soon as it's posted here.
